​In this project I wanted to dig in to small pattern binging’s and colour effects. The product resulted in 4 kitchen towels I wanted to explore the relations between different yarn types. Such as mercerised and spun cotton. Bleached and natural linen. I also have combinations of viscose and bamboo which have great colour capturing. The warp has different filed of cotton and linen mixed with different ration. 1 cotton 3 linen, 2 cotton 2 linen and so on. In this way I could explore the colour effect with the different weft yarns. I dyed the finished towels in onion and red cabbage. The size is 50 x70 cm.
